To Whom It May Concern:
We are currently working with Sam Whelan of Eat Urban to promote our home made produce from our own farms in Shropshire and Worcestershire. We have selections of cattle, sheep and pigs there with breeds such as Hereford, Limousin, Charolias and Simmental cattle. We breed all of our own cattle and grow the feed ourselves so we can provide a balanced diet and have full traceability on them. The pigs are Welsh whites crossed with Peatrain to provide a good prime porker. We have pedigree Texel sheep that roam free over our 200 acres. We have the pigs running free range in the woods so that they are our woodland free range pigs. We also have a Butchers shop that has been established since 1972, where we produce our Prime beef burgers, traditional made sausages and Roast Pork and Roast Beef joints cooked in our EC Licensed premises for Eat Urban who have been a very important part of our business for the last nine years bringing quality local produce to large and small events.
